Refund policy

Returns
As all of our phone cases are made to order, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges. Once an order is placed, we begin production right away, and since each case is created just for you, we're not able to resell returned items.

Damaged Items
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it, and we'll be happy to send out a replacement. To help us sort it quickly, be sure to include clear photos of the issue.

Please note: we're only able to offer replacements for items that arrive damaged. General wear and tear, misuse, or damage that occurs after regular use isn’t covered.

Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable and exempt from being returned.
