Order Processing
All of our phone cases are made to order, and we aim to process all orders as quickly as possible.
Orders are processed Monday to Friday between 8am and 3pm (excluding public holidays). Our standard processing time is 1–3 business days for most iPhone models.
Orders for Samsung Galaxy and Google Pixel models may take slightly longer to process—typically up to 5–7 business days—depending on availability.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information.
Please note: During peak periods, processing times may be longer than usual.
